  • Pregnancy History: Have had at least one successful full-term pregnancy and currently be raising a child in your home.

  • Medical Background: No major complications in previous pregnancies or health conditions that could be worsened by pregnancy.

  • Lifestyle Requirements: Maintain a stable living situation, with no history of drug or alcohol abuse. Tattoos and piercings should not be new (within 12 months of starting the process).

  • Legal and Mobility Considerations: Have no criminal history and be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. Surrogates must reside in surrogacy-friendly states and be willing to travel for medical appointments and procedures.

  • Support System: It's essential to have a strong support network of friends or family and stable mental health.
