Eligibility: Open to anyone who believes in the mission of Modooboo Fertility. You don't need to be a part of our surrogate program to refer someone.
Referral Process:
Step 1: Identify potential surrogates in your network who meet our surrogacy criteria.
Step 2: Share information about Modooboo’s surrogacy program and encourage them to apply.
Step 3: Complete a referral form on our website with your details and the potential surrogate's information.
Tracking: Once we receive your referral, we will keep track of their application process.
Reward Payout: The referral bonus of up to $5,000 will be paid out once the referred individual successfully completes the surrogate matching process and confirms a pregnancy.
Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The Modooboo referral program is the exclusive property of Modooboo, and all associated rights and explanations are reserved by the company. Modooboo retains the sole discretion and right to determine the referral fee, considering various situations or cases, with a minimum referral requirement set at $1,500 and a maximum referral limit of $5,000. This includes, but is not limited to, the assessment of the referral's nature, customer actions, or any other pertinent circumstances. Participants expressly acknowledge and agree that Modooboo's determinations concerning the referral fee, within the specified minimum and maximum limits, are conclusive and binding. Any modifications, interpretations, or clarifications to the referral program, including its terms and conditions, are within the exclusive purview of Modooboo.
